Thomas’s wife had delivered him five children and was too frail to make the 9 month journey to the new colony. . In honour of Mrs. Macqueen, the room features oil paintings of children and details reminiscent of her time. It has a canopied Queen size bed, silk and fringed soft furnishings, TV and CD and Tea/Coffee facilities.
